Sabah Sohail is the Founder and President of LogisticsHires Search Consultants Inc. She has a Master’s degree majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Besides Sabah is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), a Professional Freight Forwarder (PFF) and a Professional Logistician (P. Log).

Since 2015, Sabah serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian International Freight Forwarders’ Association (CIFFA) as well as the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council’s (CSCSC) Board. She also volunteers as a Mentor at the Human Resources Professional Association, Peel Chapter since the last few years.

Sabah has garnered over twenty years of extensive and progressive experience in the International Freight Forwarding, Transportation and Logistics industry in various roles having started her career with Sealand Shipping (now a division of the Maersk Group) in Dubai and then moved on to work for Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, FedEx Trade Networks and Kuehne + Nagel Ltd. This industry is certainly her niche and forte as she possesses a deep knowledge of this industry and has the hands-on experience to make her a subject matter expert. Since she is also an HR professional, her strong background in HR complements her talent acquisition abilities and makes her come full circle to become an integral extension of your business.

Sabah is very tenacious and passionate about recruitment. She is a good listener with great empathy and will only promise on what she can deliver. Being a ‘hunter’ by nature, Sabah leaves no stone unturned to find the right fit. She has a proven track record of finding innovative ways to make an impact on the bottom line by providing value added services to both her candidates and clients. All this together with her ingenuity and persistence brought her FedEx’s highest accolade during her tenure there – the coveted and prestigious global FedEx Five Star Award 2012.

Sabah is a proud mother of twin teenage boys and loves to spend time with them when she is not working.
